SOCENZA / Legal information

Privacy Policy

How information is processed when you use SOCENZA and purchase digital products.

Last updated: 10/20/2026

1. Controller

The responsible person for processing personal information is Michael Schreiber, operating the SOCENZA brand. Business address: 151/19 Soi Wat Mai Phiren, 10600 Bangkok, Thailand. Privacy contact: hello@socialconfidenceformen.com.

2. Information we process

Depending on your interaction with SOCENZA, this may include your name, email address, order and transaction status, customer support messages, newsletter or free-challenge signup information, and technical website data. Payment-card details are generally handled by payment service providers rather than stored directly by SOCENZA. Confirm actual data flows before publication.

3. Purposes of processing

We process information to provide purchased digital materials, respond to support requests, operate the free 7-Day Social Confidence Challenge and optional email communications, maintain site security, comply with applicable obligations, and perform analytics where legally permitted.

4. Legal bases, where GDPR applies

Depending on the processing, legal bases may include performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, consent for optional marketing or non-essential technologies where required, and legitimate interests where permitted. The precise legal basis must be matched to each actual processing activity.

5. Service providers and recipients

Systeme.io is used for web pages, sales funnels, contact management and email automation. Stripe and PayPal are payment service providers used for checkout, where selected by the buyer. Other website, hosting, analytics or support services must be identified based on the integrations actually enabled.

6. Data retention

7. International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own by the services used to operate SOCENZA.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or transfer personal information; object to certain processing; withdraw consent; and complain to a competent data protection authority. Contact hello@socialconfidenceformen.com to make a request.

9. Marketing emails

When you subscribe to marketing updates or the free challenge, we process the information needed for that subscription. Where required, promotional emails are sent with your consent and include an unsubscribe option. Necessary order and delivery emails may still be sent for purchases.

10. Cookies and analytics

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the services or legal requirements. The date above indicates the latest revision.
