The Approach Playbook is downloadable digital educational content comprising a 51-page PDF field guide and four companion PDF resources. No physical item is supplied. The material is educational and does not guarantee specific social, communication or dating outcomes.
3. Price and payment
The current introductory price is US$19 for a one-time purchase. The total payable amount, including any applicable taxes or charges, is displayed during checkout before a binding order is placed. The purchase is not a subscription.
4. Digital delivery
After a successful and confirmed payment, download access is provided through the designated order confirmation page and/or purchase confirmation email. For delivery problems, contact hello@socialconfidenceformen.com.
5. Permitted use
The digital materials are supplied for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or public uploading is not permitted, subject to any mandatory legal rights and exceptions.
6. Withdrawal, cancellation and refunds
There is no additional voluntary 14-day satisfaction guarantee. This does not limit any statutory withdrawal, cancellation, refund, or other mandatory consumer rights.
For customers to whom a statutory withdrawal right applies, any exception for immediately delivered digital content applies only when all legally required preconditions are met, including any applicable express consent to early supply, acknowledgment of the resulting loss of withdrawal rights, and the required confirmation. If those conditions are not met, statutory rights may continue to apply.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights relating to faulty digital content or other statutory protections.
